The property’s setting is convenient for visitors wanting quick access to the Las Vegas Strip, the iconic Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign, and other major landmarks. Harry Reid International Airport is approximately a 13-minute drive away, adding to the accessibility of this upscale resort.

The resort features sophisticated amenities that cater to both leisure and business travelers. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available, while some rooms include kitchens, though the property does not offer airport shuttle service or allow pets.

Guest reviews highlight a mix of strengths and areas for improvement. While many appreciate the attentive staff, modern art collection, and the generally clean and stylish rooms, some have noted maintenance issues in individual accommodations. The casino atmosphere tends to be more comfortable compared to other Strip casinos, partly due to better air circulation. Stayed over Valentine’s Day weekend for the Babyface concert. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The check-in was fast and easy considering it was a holiday weekend. The room was clean but needed some work. The hallway light was not working and the holders for the bodywash and shampoo had come off the wall so they were placed on a ledge in the shower. The toilet also did not flush well and we had to call for maintenance to come up with a plunger. The food options were decent but not many options to choose from outside the hotel since it’s not on the main strip. Overall, a decent stay and the concert was great.

The Palms is easy to get to and parking is complimentary. Palms seems to have a much greater attention to customer satification than the majority of Strip hotels/casino's. Attention to details are obvious with some employee interactions going beyond expectations. The food and service at the restaurants was top notch. Strongly recommend giving it a try. The venue may not be for everyone but it was a pleasant surprise for us in the very competitive Vegas hotsl/casino arena.

The renovated Palms is absolutely stunning. The art collection alone is worth a visit — Damien Hirst pieces everywhere. The rooms are modern and stylish. The pool is great and less crowded than Strip pools. Being off-Strip keeps it less chaotic. Uber to the Strip is like $8. Great restaurants, good nightlife at Ghostbar. Seriously underrated property.

My wife and I recently visited the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and were very impressed. The casino has a great atmosphere with a good selection of table games and poker machines. It’s well air-conditioned and ventilated, so the smoke that you often notice in other casinos wasn’t an issue, which made it much more comfortable to spend time there. Free parking was another big plus, and we were offered complimentary drinks while playing. Staff were friendly and the overall environment was relaxed and enjoyable. We didn’t stay there on this trip, but after spending time in the casino we both wished we had booked the Palms instead of Mandalay Bay. We’ll definitely consider staying there on our next visit.

We stayed in the king suite, the room was lovely, very clean and looked after, the only down side was I was surprised how the coffee was not even complimentary considering how much you already have spent on the room, so that was a little bit disappointing, overall the stay was nice, front desk staff were absolutely lovely, but I would like to mention that we arrived early and called ahead to let them know and I was greeted by an extremely rude staff member I don't know his name sadly but he got very frustrated immediately by us asking if we could check in early and told me I need to go to the front desk with such an annoyed tone, we spent a lot to stay here for our anniversary so I was surprised by this treatment. The front desk staff were at least very friendly and welcoming. Overall we had a nice time, food court was a nice touch of convenience, the casino was very clean as well. We have discussed coming back soon but it would be nice if staff on the phone were a bit more friendly and we could maybe get a complimentary coffee with a fair priced mini bar.

Visited Palms a couple weeks ago. Very nice clean casino and had nice low table limits. I played craps with Lacy, Janis and Ace. They were very fun and kept the table laughing and cheering. I had never played before and they showed me the game and made me feel welcome and I had so much fun. I'll definitely be back to play with them again!

I didn't stay here but went the Ghostbar. It's a nice bar. It's a very mixed crowd there is all generations there vibing. The best thing there is the view the Ghost bar might have the the best view in Vegas. Drinks were okay not strong I had 2 Long Islands and a Adios just a slight buzz not drunk activity. Get on the guest list it's free entry plus ladies get free champagne fellas get half off one drink with the drink tickets. The first DJ how can I say this.. he sucked! Every song was the same techno beat but when the second DJ came he made it LIVE! it was a mixture of everything and made it a better time! I would go back again it was good time.
